Hady gave her fellow snakette a firm nod of her head. "Hello Dot. I know the trimming spell but wouldn't it be easier to get the larger branches out of the way and a shape in mind first?" They needed to get started soon though if they were to stand a chance against the other houses. Once they decided on what their snake would look like then they could get it down to a nice size, shape it up and then trim the details.
Casting a quick glance at the rest of her house she wondered what they were all thinking. "Should we get started, who wants to work on what?" Let's get this ball rolling snakes! "I meant more for after we get the general shape down. Why don't we all just... try to get the general shape, and then someone can work on detail work once we're to that point?" 'Cause it turns out that Hady was right about another thing... they needed to get started or end up being the group with a big bush left.
Dot set the muffin down on a flat rock and inched her way up to their topiary. She was not a fan of Herbology on a good day, and she didn't even have gloves today. She was going to touch real live plant matter with her actual FINGERS.
"Diffindo." The first branch came off, and Dot tossed it to the side. "I'll work up from here."
