I'm going to just write my dream out and then make a little bullet for each of the things I looked up from it and their meanings. Like look I have 'Mother', 'reading a book', and 'rainbow'." He said as he wrote each of the words down below his dream. "Then we are supposed to below that sort of write out what the dream may mean based on those--so your interpretation. Make sense?" He sure hoped it did because Milo wasn't sure if his interpretations would be right either but he was trying.

He wondered what David had dreamed about...

SPOILER!!: Milo's Parchment
The night before last, I dreamed that I was back home in my village and was visiting my mother at her work in a Muggle cafe. I had brought a book with me, not one that I can remember specifically, and was reading by the window. For some reason I had a strange need to look out of the glass very quickly and when I did there was a huge rainbow. Then I just woke up.

Details:
Mother - To see your mother in dreams as she appears in the home, signifies pleasing results from any enterprise.
Books - Pleasant pursuits, honor and riches to dream of studying them.
Rainbow - To see a rainbow in a dream, is prognostic of unusual happenings.

Possible Interpretation:
Even though my mom wasn't technically at home, the cafe is like our second home because we are there so often. This is signifying good results in something. By seeing myself reading a book there are also good results from this which will be pleasant for me. And the rainbow means something unusual. Perhaps this is all related to the fact that I am getting to attend a new school this year (Hogwarts can be unusual at times) and have had some relatively good success with Charms and Potions so far?

"See." Putting his quill down, he showed David and then watch him as he wrote.
Ohhhhhh. "That's a good plan," Davie complimented Milo. He had understood the directions just fine, he had just wanted to work with someone since the professor had said they could. He read through the other boy's dream with a small nod. "That's a good analysis, there. Wanna see mine?" He'd have to actually write it out first.... just give him a second.

SPOILER!!: David's Paper
Last night, I dreamed about bringing my mum's old cat to Hogwarts as a pet. I don't have any pets at Hogwarts yet, so I thought Gingersnapple might like to come for a visit, so long as my dormmates aren't allergic to cats, and as long as my mum gives permission. This means...
  • Cats = bad luck
  • Mother = good news
  • School = "distinction in literary work"

...that I will encounter some bad luck, but I will come through it and succeed in something I am working on writing? But I haven't written anything yet! Maybe this means that I will struggle with some writing homework but I will come through it with good results in the end? Or maybe this dream is in relation to the book my mum is writing! Maybe her book will be a great success when she finishes it!

David showed his parchment to Milo. "What do you think?" How funny that their mums had both appeared in their dreams.
