Sabbath grinned as Noelle approached, he had, of course, been looking out for her. "I was looking for a dream" he replied quietly to her question - it was divination class after all. He turned his attention to the professor who had begun addressing the class.
Sabbath thought about the Professors question and replied "I don’t know the name for dream interpretation in English, Professor, but I’ve seen it done many times for the gaje (non gypsy) customers by my grandmother. To interpret the dream, the person must be woken when the eyes dance during sleep. Only then they will remember the dream. The Drabarni can then interpret what she sees.
Afterwards, Sabbath wondered about the compliment that Noelle's button had given. You're the best thing since sliced bread- He didn't get it - sliced bread?? He shrugged and looked at her. Then his own button piped up "Your smile lights up the room", [/B]. Well this compliment he understood, and he agreed with it. He was not embarrassed.
Noelle snuggled into the bed and reaches into her sack to get her self inking quill and parchment. She started taking notes. Of course, it was just the question the professor had asked. She listened to all the answers the others in class had given. She wasn't sure what dream divination was to be honest, but it sounded amazing!!
If only she could have her dreams interpreted. That would be fun.
And how did one remember dreams? Because Noelle had a feeling she had some amazing dreams but when she woke up, half the time she couldn't remember them. Oh no. Did that mean she couldn't be a Seer if she couldn't remember her dreams?? Pouting ensued.
Noelles attention snapped to Sabbie as he began talking. Whoa... He knew so much more than she did about this stuff. She was impressed. She wrote down what he had said because it was important... At least she thought.
Her snap went off again. "
Youre brilliant!" The button was so true. She grinned when Sabbies button went off. Blushing. Darn the blushing. But she beamed because she wanted to keep the room bright.
