Ravenclaw first years were apparently culinary geniuses, or at least, that's what Zeke could ascertain at this very minute. He was impressed, not only because the kid did something out of the norm and opted for peanut butter as his spread of choice for pancakes, but the fact that he ADDED syrup to the equation just earned him a round of applause.... never mind the fact that he had no hands to actually do so. Whoops.

"You don't have to tell me twice," he said, jumping right in and spreading some of the peanut butter (in a generous layer of course) onto his stack, with another drizzle of syrup for good measure. "Any other foods I should experiment with?" he asked before skewering a potion with his fork and leaning his face into his stack. There was no time to cut it off, he'd just chew from what remained.

And Merlin was it good.

So. Good.

Kid really was a genius after all.
