There was no need to wait for snapping this time, oh no. Norah KNEW this one. Sebby had taught her a whole bunch of greek roots 'n things over the summer for plant reasons (and because what else were little brothers good for?). Of course dreams were mentioned TOO because dreams could be almost as exciting as plants And scarier too, but they didn't need to think about those, 'specially since nobody was ever allowed to know she still had those all the time. That was a baby thing, probably, but sometimes the bad ones just wouldn't go away. It wasn't fair.
With her hand straight up in the air, she said, "It's called oneiromancy! Because the greek root oneiros means 'dream.'" As for the how to remember the dreams part, she had no idea. Sometimes she remembered her dreams (even if she wished she wouldn't) and sometimes she couldn't recall having a dream at all. That was brain stuff. She was still learning the words to DESCRIBE brain stuff. The understanding bits could come later.
