The finger being held up told him that his timing was dreadful... which it usually was, so with a tight-lipped grin, Zeke allowed the boy some time while shoving another bite of his own pancakes in his mouth. Mouths could not remain idle for too long, not when there was oozy syrup involved. That last thing he wanted was for that syrup to be all soaked up, it was so much better when it was fresh and slick and EVERYWHERE.

He chewed his food in time with the boy, but found he had a bit more chewing to do as the boy spoke. Milo! Milo was his name.

Swallowing and clearing his throat, Zeke replied, "S'alright, I'm Zeke... you're a first year yeah?" Cause his amazing skills at observation told him the boy was SMALL, like, young. YEAH. But seriously, "Peanut butter on pancakes though? I didn't know that was a thing." He knew that there were no real rules where these things were concerned, but peanut butter pancakes really were a first for him.

And oh look! Niffler was jumping at people again!

EVERYONE PUT THIER SHINY AWAY.
