Hady would've given her a hug if she had thought Maggie would be okay with that and maybe if they were closer friends and all. Neither really struck the snakette as being good or correct at the current time. So she settled for an arm around her shoulders and a gently squeeze, something like a half hug but not really. After a moment she moved her arm from around Maggie to clasp her hands on her own lap.

"I don't know why he left you there but he could've waited with you." Unless he couldn't do that? Having not been there wasn't helping her to gather what all had happened.

Hady simply shrugged. "So far they've just been friends. Some best friends and others... just friends." Like Zeke was a best friend. Jaxon had been too but now he was nothing. Adi was a great friend but more in the form of a brother, like Lucas was her 'adopted' little snake brother. So far she hadn't found that boy worth snogging or maybe she had but never realized it.
