We need something interesting to do," And maybe that was interesting enough for them, at their age at least. Though, there were other things too but not the time. Yeah, this term was pretty boring so far. Nothing interesting happened yet. Something usually popped up a bit before Christmas and all that.
Timmy nodded. "Well, you can be my taste tester. This is going to be my first cake into my baked good black market," She gave him a determined nod. Maybe that was convincing enough that she was going to do this? Because knowing Timmy, she definitely wasn't even going to try. Timmy gave up dancing? Did he even know she was into dancing? Probably not... it seemed he was discovering that talent only recently. First with Hady, then Kaycee and Kyroh and now Timmy. Was dancing a secret cool-people thing he didn't know about? Was it an exclusive club? Her proposition of a baked good black market had him raising his eyebrows though. Just.. what? Why? "Uuhh, black market?" he asked, hoping she'd clarify. He wouldn't pay anyone for cake, not when house elves could make it for him for free. "What kind of baked goods?" Because if there was something more to it than deliciousness she might be able to count him in.
It pleased him to know he could be the taste tester, cause his stomach was a bottomless pit when it came to cake, and the very thought of it was making him super hungry. And THIS cake was her first black market cake??? "You're not charging me for it are you?" Legitimate question. He had no money on his person, and the only thing he had to barter with was a chocolate frog card and some lint in his pockets. Hardly worth trading for cake.
