It was strange, because he'd already had breakfast, but there was no rule or law (that he knew of) which stated that breakfast couldn't be had twice in the space of a few hours. With plenty of room for some more deliciousness, Zeke followed the crowds out to the lake and hung back a short while.

He watched for a while, spotting a few people he knew in the crowds, some he liked, some he didn't much care about. He noticed also that Flamsteed was making his presence known, and Maggie wasn't far away either.
Deciding he could go for a pancake stack, Zeke approached the breakfast bar, looking it over to see if there was perhaps something else that took his fancy.
