Each look from the glare to the watery eyes was noticed but none was mentioned. It was best not to talk about it and make matters worse. Like if Maggie did start to cry. Hady couldn't handle that, tears weren't good. She herself hated when she CRIED. So anyone else's tears was even worse, plus she'd had enough tears back on the train with Angel.

The gasp though Hady didn't expect. She should probably explain but Maggie did believe her, right? "Yes. Shampoo. No gross toads or whatever else it may have been. Only shampoo and soap." Hady tried to assure her a bit further of the truth. No worries when it came to smells and girls she wouldn't lie, not even if she hated you. Which she didn't.

Snogging. The stupid gossip thing was right. Maggie and Zeke had snagged each other. Probably more then once if they gotten themselves caught. Hady didn't know what to think so she said nothing. Keeping a completely blank expression on her face she simply nodded. Oh. Well okay then. If they liked each other then that was all on them. She wouldn't interfere or say a word...or even care. Maybe. Yeah. No. Nope didn't care.

Mostly because she frankly did NOT know how to feel right now. She felt all of those emotions that went with those facial expressions. ALL OF THEM! ALL THE FEELINGS! And they were all annoying. The nose wrinkling did NOT go unnoticed, causing Maggie to GASP and give the other girl a shocked look. DID IT STILL SMELL GROSS? She KNEW it. UGH! She would have to go back in the shower again now. Wash her hair AGAIN. And she knew how bad that was for her hair. But....there was no alternative. She couldn't just go around smelling like- "Shampoo?" What? Oh. Oh really? She relaxed considerably and lowered her hand (and hair) again, leaning back into her armchair. "Okay." If Hady said so. She wouldn't LIE to her, right? Why would she? Hady wasn't the mean without reason type and they hadn't had a falling out or anything. So Maggie decided to believe her. She would ask Kaycee to confirm tomorrow maybe. But for now Maggie believed Hady. She seemed to be genuinely sympathetic. Maggie stopped twirling her hair around her finger to give Hady a long look. She briefly considered not answering her to give Zeke the chance to do it. But then again he clearly didn't care about her so why should she take his feelings into consideration? So whatever. "Because we got caught snogging in the observatory." She ended up saying quite bluntly.
