Hearing someone ask her a question, Paulina recognized the voice. It was Cinna. Turning her attention to the other girl, she smiled. Now she wouldn't be working on the assignment by herself and maybe they could help eachother! Surely professor Flamsteed wouldn't mind that so long as they did their own work. The man was nice despite being rather odd; she found it impossible to picture him angry with students.

"Yep, just getting started!" Hopefully she would manage to get everything done pretty quickly, because she didn't want to be up here super late. Curiously she watched as Cinna cast a non-verbal spell on her telescope. "Nice job." Non-verbals could be a huge pain. Paulina wondered if she she would be able to cast one herself...

Only one way to find out.

Lens focalis, she thought to herself as she performed the wand movement. SUCCESS!!
