Human bowling. He wasn't as excited as Kate seemed to be, but tossing people around seemed like fun. Muggles might be not as boring as he thought. He followed behind her like a little lost puppy, but a hardcore lost puppy.
He cocked an eyebrow at her when she suggested he go in the ball first. Was it because he was small? Huh? HUH?!
...fine, he'll go in first. Just because she was pretty and all.
He squeezed into the gigantic plastic ball, struggling to maintain his balance. "Don't I get a helmet or something?"
Kate honestly had no idea what she was doing. How did they even score? Was that even said? She thought about this as Cal squeezed himself into the plastic ball.
"This thing is just a claustrophobic fit waiting to happen," she said, wondering if he'd even know what she was talking about. She shrugged when he asked about a helmet.
"I don't think so. She didn't say anything about it, at least." "Okay, well...of we go!" she exclaimed. She got Cal all situated and safely in, and then she pressed her hands against the side of the ball. She backed up to give herself some momentum, and then she TOOK OFF.
"You can do it, Cal!" She ran all the way to the foul line, pushing the ball the whole time. When she reached the foul line, she stopped and let the ball go. It was up to Cal to do the rest.
