Aldous rolled up his sleeves in preparation for the rolling action. He did step closer to the ball intending to help his partner get in but that was not necessary. But he sort of offered, yeah? Manners! Once she was all in and settled Aldous zipped her up then started inflating the ball. Looked like that was enough! Wouldn't want the ball to burst or anything.

He set the air pump aside and placed both his hands on the now inflatable ball that contained his partner. They did not agree on a sign or something that the person in the ball was ready or that the pusher was gonna put. So he was going to use his common sense. He peered at the other Ravenclaw and she looked all settled and ready. No flailing or choking sounds. Which was great of course.

So he took a step back, braced himself then advanced pushing the ball as hard as he can yet trying best to keep it going in a straight line and of course making sure he did not step over the line.
