Oliver had never been bowling, but he had heard about it. In his family, they weren't completely ignorant about muggles like some wizards were. If they had to blend in with the muggles, and pretend to be non-magic, then it only made sense that they should at least know how they live. Right? That's why he thought muggle studies was a useful course for some. Though it seemed pointless for those who already knew things.
