Kody basically lived in the library at this point. You'd think that after so many long hours of doing homework and studying he'd be caught, or there would be no more books left to read on the subjects he was reading about... but, no. Here he was with a backpack full of books and notes and whatever else, and he was prepared to spend the night here. Or at least the next few hours until the library closed for the night.

He made his way through the bookshelves with the plan of going to the couches in mind. As he passed the study area, though, a familiar face caught his attention. He bee-lined toward the table that Kaycee was sitting at.

Stepping up behind her, he tapped the chair next to hers. "Are you saving this for anyone?"
