Owen was nodding and beaming at the Professor while she talked about the purpose of exchanging house ties. He kind of figured that out. It was a brilliant idea, if you asked him. He wouldn't get to interact with Ava if it weren't for that and Owen really wanted to interact with mooooooooooooooore people.
The Professor was asking a question...which made Owen's grin fall a bit. A charm that could slow or stop a falling object? He...had no idea. So the young badger stayed silent and listened to what her peers knew about the charm in question.
It didn't last long though, because he got an answer for the next question. Owen raised his hand and said, "For the extreme situations scenario, I think it can be used to prevent a falling chandelier from splatting a crowd of people under, Professor maa'm! And for every day use..." Hmm. Where and when could he be possibly use that kind of charm? ...Oh! "I think it would be helpful for people who are especially careless and clumsy. You know, because they tend to cause things to fall accidentally...like their hand mirror, or a bowl of cereal." Nod nod.
