So, in conclusion, just buy a spinny chair already.
How could Davie hate a book? Not possible. He tugged this one, in fact, into his lap, even though it fell with a bit of a thud that made his thighs sting. WORTH IT, because BOOKS. Also, Myers was an adviser for the school paper?! "If it won't be a conflict of interest, sir, I will certainly write a review for you and this book." Davie took reading nonfiction very seriously, so he could be trusted as an authority-expert on the topic of books.
Davie was not pleased with this carefree, who knows? la de dah attitude in regards to Herbology and cross-breed plants, however. It was evident in his face that he wanted Myers to make up his mind about storing some dangerous but useful ones in the greenhouse already. Shaking his hair out of his eyes a bit, Davie sighed. "Is there anything ELSE interesting in the greenhouses right now?"
Paul was thinking. A spinny-chair would be awesome..but really, it didn't fit in with the rest of the furniture...David made some valid points, though.
"I will go catalogue chair hunting this weekend! See what I can find. I'll let you. Maybe let you try it out." He smirked. WASN'T THAT A COOL IDEA, Mr. Truebridge? EH EH EH?
He wondered if having a spinny-chair race against a colleague would be frowned upon....
Ahem.
"I don't think it will be. All I do is make sure the articles are approved and whatnot--appropriate for the Quill, etc. I would greatly appreciate the effort," Paul was smiling a lot...but his heart was so warm at this prospect of a student taking an interest in his research...it was exciting.
Hmm. Paul grabbed his binder where he kept inventory of all the plants in the Greenhouses.
"Well...it looks like...hmm. Some Chinese Chomping Cabbage--" Paul kind of liked those, they were cool. "
In Greenhouse Two...Greenhouse Three has has some SCREECHSNAPS!" Paul liked those, too.
"Four has the most difficult stuff--like Devil's Snare, Venomous Tentacula...I should get some more plants to put in all of the Greenhouses, though. A few of your mother's remaining Gillyweed stuff is there, too." He finished with a firm nod.

Well alright then.
"You okay there, Professor?"
The man looked like he had one too many happy potions or magical herbs if you know what Dante means.
Enthusiasm, right. Dante had that in spades. But he was not going to argue. Since the man had years and years of life experience and who could possibly argue with that.
"I will try not too Professor. But i don't even know what i want to do once i leave Hogwarts. So i will try not to think too far ahead."
Plus he was only a fourth year.
Paul snorted and nodded.
"I am completely fine, Mr. Barrington--just excited is all--" he needed to check himself before he got too excited and like, had a heart attack or something.
"Is there anything else you'd like to see me teach about, perchance?" He asked curiously.
"I am open to all ideas."
As long as it wasn't...too outrageous.
"Ahh...you don't know. Well. You're young and you have time. What subjects do you tend to like more?" he crossed his hands atop his lap and peered over at Dante curiously.
