Was he alright? OF COURSE NOT. HE HAD JUST BEEN ATTACKED BY A KNIGHT. HE WAS LUCKY TO BE ALIVE! What would his family do if he was rather foolishly dramatically killed here?! But he had to be strong... and probably get up, this was getting ridiculous. A 46 year old professor was being helped by a first year because an armour attacked him.
He sloooooooooowly rolled over and sat. He groaned during the whole process, but one would wonder if he was exaggerating a little bit. The first year had better not question it.
"I'm just," sigh, "just shaken up a little. Stupid armour. Will talk to Abraham about removing them..." He dusted his sleeves off and looked at the kid for good for the first time.
"Who are you?" At other circumstances, he was very polite, but he had just been saved from death. He had the right to be direct.
