As for the life jackets, "Quite a few students in the history have fallen in while sailing across, including those that could not swim yet. So I got the life vests onto everyone so it would easier to get anyone back out if that happened again." Quite simple in Justin's opinion.

"Was there something wrong with the vest you had on?" Or did this kid have a bad history with vests in general. Either way something had to have made this be important to discuss.
