Paulina was about to turn off the faucet when someone bumped into her, sending her forward so that her sleeve got soaked.
Shutting the water off, Paulina heard crying from the stall that the other girl had slammed shut. This was the girl who had seemed unhappy at the start of term feast, and it appeared that things had not gotten any better. "You okay?" she asked while not being sure what to do. Barging in wasn't proper, so standing where she was made the most sense. She was probably dripping water all over the floor though.
Another girl walked in, and at least she wasn't crying. Paulina wasn't sure if she could help two crying people because she wasn't always the best at comforting. A hair tie she could provide though, so that was at least something. "Here you go," she said as she pulled an extra one out of her bag. |
