Strategically positioned in the middle of the common room proper on its own table so you can't miss it is a large crimson box with the words 'I open at the close' written upon in it gold ink. This box, a bit of a summer project for the Gryffindor Head of House, has been charmed to allow items to be inserted into it (with a bit of a firm push) without needing to be opened. In fact, it cannot be opened until the 'close', so best not try as certain precautions have now been put in place to any who attempt to take a premature peek. A stack of parchment lay beside this crimson box for you to write letters to your future selves or simply send yourself a doodle. Better act quickly, for this time capsule will not remain here for long...


Please PM your character's submission to me and title it Gryffindor Time Capsule or something equally distinguishable. This is an open RP thread, so you are encouraged to RP your character approaching the box and contributing to the time capsule. Or try to open it
