Chris watched as a tree branch nub thing was coming toward the boy and his eyes widened. He wanted to shout at the kid to move but ended up just staring wide eyed. He set the guitar down and watched him carefully. "I'm Chris by the way. What were you doing?"
He brushed the dirt, grass and leaves off of his slytherin robes and nodded.
"Yeah, I am fine..." Lucas wiggled his toes and fingers then his nose. He searched for his wand to make sure it didn't break and sighed in relief that it was in one piece without a scratch. He eyed the boy,
"I am Lucas. I was just admiring the tree and checking it out with all the stories that I had heard from it... I didn't realize that the whomping bit was actually true and not a myth... I saw that it was moving but I didn't think it would ATTACK people." He eyed the tree with a huff.
