Good thing Simon opted not to be totally cruel...that was the job of the likes of Rainey and Legend...especially Legend in this case. He wasn't his boss and he was still working on filling himself in on what was happening. And it felt so odd to be out of the loops. He really could be a workaholic at times.

"So another returning member..." he mused as he unspelled his desk. The security man tried to remember if Tyler had left on said assignment before he had or while he had been away. But it seemed his intuneness with the running of the building was rebooting. "One never truly knows the unpredictable." Rainey still was an enigma even with him and Simon took care to keep attention of the man.
