"Echo. Hey." Managing a quick, forced smile (there was nothing it seemed anyone could do to get past that) Dalton folded the corner of the page over, not caring that the librarian would mind, and closed the book. "Yeah, uh... Yeah. Same." About the missing and stuff, all that kind of thing. Friendship was odd. "Not really. Grew." Which totally counted as kind of exciting, right?

Sensing that Echo was getting answers but not full information, didn't mind her one bit. Since last year to this one shes changed alot, she doesn't really care what many people think so she will just do what ever she likes. She was going to be bubbly and excited and hopefully that will raise his spirits.
"of course you missed me" she beamed while trying to take a peek of the book he was well, trying to read.
"what are you reading there?" she was really curious.
"yeah, I pretty much did the same, grew about a foot. my mother was so excited that she got to take me clothes shopping" giggling she fully laid down on her cloak. Man it was so good to be back.
"well, as for the summer. Visited Fam in the states. thats pretty much it. other than sitting around my house being lazy as usual" ughhh she didn't want the classes to start just yet. couldn't they just hang out like the whole time and not learn anything. She would pay handsomely for that.
