He needed to move to Florida or something after graduation. Somewhere nice and WARM.
Carrying Josh in his bag, he found a nice spot by the lake and plopped down, taking out his notes so he could start to study for NEWTs. It was no use trying to ignore it anymore - they were coming, and he had to be prepared! He let Josh out of his bag, and the little gray kitten started to paw at a dandelion nearby, meowing happily to himself. Caleb wished he'd stay a kitten forever - they were just SO CUTE.
As Caleb read about constellations, prepping both for his NEWTs and preparing for their next lesson, he suddenly realized the meowing stopped. He looked up and saw that Josh was wandering off towards a girl hanging out nearby - great, of course, why did he think a KITTEN would be behaved out here?! "Oi! Josh! Leave he--oh, hey, it's you!" he said with a smile when he realized that it was Grace that Josh was headed towards. Not some random person. That was good. He took his stuff and moved over next to her, raising an eyebrow as he peered at the pamphlets in her hand. "What's that? You studying for NEWTs too?" he asked. "Eww... Healings. No way..." Grace murmured, shaking her head as she put that leaflet to the bottom of the pile. Her mom really wanted her to go into healing, but she didn't want to. She couldn't stand blood, or sick people. So healing was not where she was going. Maybe she could convince Frankie to be a healer. Though that really did not seem his kind of job either. So maybe not. She was sure her mother would deal with none of them becoming a healer. Or maybe Hattie would? She could totally convince her baby sister.
She was about to pick up the leaflet about law enforcement when she heard a soft meowing. The girl looked up and smiled. "Aww... Aren't you adorable...." She murmured with a little giggle, as she reached forward to stroke the kitten. Hearing a voice, she looked up and smiled. "Hey Caleb...." She murmured with a smile. She hadn't seen Caleb for a while, and mmm. He was very pretty indeed.
"Oh... More like deciding which ones I should study..." She murmured with a little laugh. "I have no idea what I want to even do after school..."
