She had some things to talk about, like space camp and Zander Adair and Tobes and she might have even had a present for him in the bag slung over her shoulder, too. But TIME WOULD ONLY TELL how this meeting would go, and Soph knocked on the professor's door with a weird, twisting feeling in her stomach as she did so.
As much as she was trying not to be all sentimental about last firsts, this one was threatening to give her emotions she didn't want to face. Not yet. She still had a whole term to get through.
She'd save the tears for the end.
