Noelle watched as the Prefect gave them the password and the Fat Lady ... giggle... made them wait through the school song before swinging open. Noelle was way beyond excited to see what the Common Room looked like. Her mum hadn't been here since she had been Hufflepuff and Noelle would be seeing part of the castle that she didnt know. Noelle's mouth dropped open at the sight of it all.

Snacks, a crimson box.... which she wanted to open... was sitting on the table. OH! A mini Quidditch board thingy! This was all so.... almost overwhelming! Noelle was in awe. And she was speechless. Which definitely rarely happened.

Noelle scooted into the room further, she was getting tired which made her a little quiet. But, she wanted to meet her fellow housemates and maybe make an older Lion friend that could be her ... ahem... protector. Her mum had told her horror stories of her first year. Noelle was expecting nothing less from hers. So, she needed to make nice with the older Lions and get a friend/protector.

Noelle waved to whoever would look at her in the common room. "Hi everybody! Im Noelle Summers!" She squeaked. Gosh, her voice. What was happening? Clearing her throat she tried again. "Im Noelle!" She was going to say her last name... but she was much too interested in the mini Quidditch game. She wanted... no NEEDED to play.
