Well, at least Colt was laughing this off. Kate laughed lightly, enjoying the fact that she could speak her mind without somebody getting upset about it. She raised her eyebrows at his comment. "So you're counting on yourself being in Slytherin then," she said, picking up on the fact that he'd mentioned calling him a snake. "It'll be interesting then to see how that plays out. We'll find out in less than an hour." She gave him an amused smile.

Kate leaned over to get a better look as Colt began to open up the box. She was just trying to see which chocolate frog card he got, but she got a different surprise instead. "It's in my hair!" she half-shouted. She couldn't decide if she was more worried about her hair looking like a Hippogriff's nest or the fact that a perfectly good chocolate frog was about to get away. "Catch it!" she encouraged. She laughed as it got away again. "It's just the magic. It's only chocolate, so yes, people love to eat them." She swiped through the air and managed to catch the frog. Passing it to Colt, she said, "Now bite into it, so it'll stop moving. Which card did you get? Oh, and how's my hair look?"
