Daichi looked at the portrait of an old grumpy looking man as well and nearly snorted when she said she got distracted. Of course anyone would be distracted by a grumpy portrait like that, where was the smile? people should smile more in pictures. He actually wondered how the current Minister's portrait looked like. He walked past here every day without really looking.

He looked to his left to try and see if he found it but was distracted by tapping. He looked back and down at her hands and he gave her a silent approval of her colored nails. He liked green, it reminded him of his old House. "I do..." Daichi answered slowly as he looked away from her painted nails and looked her in the eyes. "My name is Daichi Katharos" he held out his hand " I work for the media liaison and you're the Transportation Department Head if i'm not mistaken" he said. "I'm not sure if the Minister is in right now but maybe i can walk you to the senior undersecretary if you want?"
