"Yup. Decided Jaxon isn't worth my time or thoughts, if he wants me he knows how to find me." Accomplishment number one. Leaning her head against the window she turned it just enough to look at him and yet be comfortable all the while smoothing Hagan's fur as he took up his place laying against her leg a paw over his face. "Got back into dancing again...like how I was when I was younger. Just not as crazy but fun," she continued figuring she might as well clear things up so as not to confused him. "And well my parents...I've decided to move with my dad over the holiday break. It'll give him time to find a place and getting settled first." When she thought about things one at a time it was all very easy to handle.
Never better huh? Hady tilted her head at him a little with a small laugh. "How so?" Was it just life in general he was happy about or was it something else? As Hady followed his cue and claimed the spot opposite, Zeke lay back down - no longer propping himself up. His fingers laced together and retuned to supporting his head which had turned sideways to watch her. He was curious to hear about her solutions, but he had an inkling what it might be about.
Hearing her first response, he couldn't help but grin. It was sad, tragic even that her friend was being a flobberworm, but she was better than the muggle. "Good, and if he's got two brain cells to rub together he'll come to his senses and make things up to you." Because a simple 'hey, can we be friends again?' wouldn't be good enough. Surely.
The next part surprised him. Getting back into dancing, was not something he expected to hear. He nodded on this point, and was happy for her, so long as she wasn't going to try to teach him any moves again.... that had failed miserably last time. He was about to pass comment on the news when she continued, and the topic wasn't one he felt he could interrupt just so. "That's awesome, any idea where that'll be?" Moving was one of those things. It would be sensational and exciting, but it could also be incredibly dull and inconveniencing.
Pulling out his other ear bud, Zeke removed a hand from behind his head to fish out the device from his pocket, turning it off. The look Hady gave him didn't go unnoticed though. How so? Zeke just shrugged, a subtle smile lifting the corners of his lips. "What's not to enjoy?" So long as there wasn't another Acromantula attack, things would be rosy.
