Bhuvana took an alarmed step back at William's jump, accidentally bumping into the wall behind her. She recovered smoothly, clearing her throat and straightening the hem of her pencil skirt. Totally smooth. Ahem.
"I heard a lot about it, my department was really worried." She inclined her chin slightly up, to show that she was capable of knowing other people's emotions. Progress. Her eyes then widened slightly.
"You used to work at Hogwarts?" Why hadn't she known that William had been a professor or groundskeeper or some sort of staff? And, most importantly, why did she find the idea of William being a professor so attractive? |
