Relevant History:
After the head boy of his old school flunked all his NEWTs and consequently burned the school down, Kellen switched to Hogwarts for his fourth year and has stayed at the school since that time. Even if he fails all of his NEWTs this year, he has no intention of trying to burn Hogwarts down.
