In what is known as the Headmaster's Tower, there is a large and ugly stone gargoyle at the entrance of the Headmaster's office. The gargoyle does not talk much, but it's capable of it when necessary. It doesn't reveal the passage to the spiral staircase unless you speak the correct password. There is nothing else in the corridor save for some plants professor Botros left from Headmistress "Annie"'s era. The House-elves take care of them when the headmaster is too busy or too... forgetful.
