He was stepping lively, there was no doubting that, because even if there was no real hurry to get on the slide, he didn't want it prolonged by other people getting in the way. Hady did well to keep him up, not that she had a choice, considering she was very much attached to his hand. He only dropped her hand as they ascended toward the top, the view was... AMAZING, and he had to remind himself to breathe. The sound of the rushing water, and the changing colours of the slide only served to heighten his senses, and so he was thrilled they finally made it to the top.
Standing beside Hady, he glanced over the edge. They were VERY high up. VERY high up. "We can do both," he replied instinctively, "go solo and we'll do it again together?" he asked. He wanted to experience the drop for himself, by himself, selfishly wanting to keep the moment to himself.
Inching closer to the edge area she looked downwards. WOW. Looking out at a view if very different then looking down at it. Thankfully it didn't bother her enough to make her change her mind about taking the plunge down. The third, almost fourth year was super ready.
Both. That sounded like a good idea. Experience for themselves and then together as a team. Hady turned to look at him and smiled. "Sounds like a plan." She readily agreed to it without any thought or comment as to why he suggested this idea at all. Frankly she didn't care. Two times on this ride was enough reason for her to agree. "Brave Lions can go first." Hady laughed gently pushing him a little bit ahead of her so he could go when it was their turn. She'd be right behind him and meet him at the bottom. |
