If he could run through the school with acromantulas running behind him, enter the forbidden forest with its dangerous creatures to help rescue the hostages taken by the large spiders …he could surely go down this water slide!

At first, he had walked passed the waterslide immediately after seeing how HIGH it was. He wasn’t a fan of heights, nor speed …or anything dangerous. Funny how he had gotten in to Gryffindor. Maybe he was sorted in to Gryffindor BECAUSE he was scared of all these dangerous things. Didn’t bravery meant that even though you were scared you would do it anyways? Well, maybe that was the reason why Yoongi had walked back and stopped to watch the students sliding down the water slide.

They looked like they had fun. The fifth year bit his lower lip, thinking hard. Should he just ..go? What if something happened though? What if he went too fast and he would fly across the pool and…but that was ridiculous. He believed the Prefects had done everything they could to make this event as safe as possible.

Gathering all of his courage, Yoongi walked up the stairs. It was …higher than he had imagined it from down at the ground. His legs wobbled a bit as he reached the top and he made the mistake of looking down. He clutched the wall behind the waterslides and took a deep breath. Okay, he could do this. He was brave and …he could do this! Giving himself a mental pep talk , Yoongi soon believed his own words and stepped forward. His heart raced as he sat down in the flowing water, hands clutching the railing above his head.

He looked below at the swimming pool and….was stuck…frozen in fear. WHAT WAS HE EVEN DOING HERE?! He wanted to get down, but didn’t want to go down THAT way. Nor did he want to walk back down the stairs and everyone seeing he was afraid. What to dooo?!
