Ilia was so angry that spider jerk had ignored her and headed for the castle. What about everyone there! The only saving grace was that she nearly had herself free. Maybe she could cut herself free and the headmistress so they could get the others and make a break for it.
She was concentrating and planning on their escape when she heard commotion. Was that Professor Kitridge? So they didn't get eaten by gigantor psycho spider! Oh she hoped Henric and Adi and well everyone else was safe at the castle. Between what she presumed to be the Headmistress's handy work and her own.....Just one more.... Then she heard the voice of a Ravenclaw girl she knew from class and Henric as the rest of the web fell away.
His arm was around her as she slid off of the icky sticky mess that had been their disgusting prison. "You're alive!" She embraced her best friend tightly and then looked around. "Thank you." She nodded to Sophie. Looking back at the web, everyone was being helped. Adi was there and ok......and Yoongi was there too? OK, time to run. Could she walk? "I'll be fine, lets pack up and make sure everyone is safe." ] She'd ignore her pain til later. It hurt but it could be used. She put most of her weight on her good leg and would be good enough.
Professor Dakest wanted them together and wands ready, so she obeyed. Granted, she didn't let her wand leave her fingers the entire time. This was evil spider war! She wouldn't let her spare hand leave Henric, but her wand hand was ready to go and she started casting defensive spells. |
