By this point, Toby had begun balancing his quill on his upper lip as he watched Professor Tanner circle the room, glancing at the others when they gave there answers and then back again when the professor responded. He'd merely grinned at her when his own answer turned out to be a good one, and went right back to balancing the quill.

When Tanner got to the lecture-y teach-y bit of the lesson, Toby quickly halted the quill balancing act and got to writing down as much as he could. Which was hard because of listening AND writing but-

... wait...

Squint.

FOUR bad debts? ONLY ONE GOOD? Well... that was... hmph. Why couldn't there be four good and one bad? Or just FIVE good? Yes, that would be best. Toby was just wondering who he'd need to send a letter to in order to arrange such a thing when suddenly everyone was mOVING AROUND. Oop. The Hufflepuff quickly scribbled down the rest of those summaries into his notes and then did what everyone else was doing. He didn't have too far to get to the side of the room, sitting near a window and everything, so mainly just loitered near Soph.

But. He had a question, ahem.

"Why not five good?" Toby asked, looking imploringly at the professor, not considering it might be a tricky question to answer OR that simply that was just how it was. But yes. Ahem. Five good?
