Comedian and Tony winner Dan Fogler has been cast as Jacob in the upcoming film series
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, confirms both the actor and Deadline on Friday.
While Jacob was rumoured to be Newt Scamander's rival in the series, Deadline is saying the complete opposite - Jacob is an American MUGGLE whom Scamander befriends.
This may mean that the American wizard Ezra Miller is rumoured to play - NOT Kredan - could be the rival in question.
Fogler, who won a Tony award in 2005 for
