Teddy walked in with his sister and mother, his hand clutched at the hem of her jacket. What? He didn't want to get lost. Once they were in the atrium, Teddy couldn't help but be amazed by everything. He looked around, eyes darting to catch a glimpse of everything. Of course he'd seen imaged from pamphlets and books, but it was so much better to be seeing the real thing.
Their mother stooped to give them a hug goodbye, and Teddy only vaguely registered the click clack of her shoes as she walked away. He was SO EXCITED. Gobstones was so much better than Quidditch. At least to play, anyway. He enjoyed watching Quidditch. Gobstones was something he could actually enjoy playing. There were a few adults around, and Teddy found himself gravitating towards them. He would just stand there and observe everyone talking, getting to know each other. If only his mother would have let him bring a book, he could have pulled it out for a few minutes until the adults got started.
