Lil' gooz | Sarangel | Junior Dweeb Ezra hadn't taken his eyes off the doorway until the moment a certain someone strode through it, dressed to the nines as always. They followed her as she made her way all the way around the room, a brighter smile taking over his face to match hers. Somebody was in a good mood today. He gave Tiffany a gentle nudge as she finally took the seat beside him, accepting the tea with a nod of thanks. "Where've you been?" he asked, with a playful grin. He couldn't just SAY he missed her in front of the entire department, that'd be quite a ridiculous oversight. Merlin, no. She'd know, anyways. She always did. He let himself slouch a fraction of an inch in his chair, knowing nobody but Tiffany would notice.
He only looked away from her for a moment, but it was for a very important reason in the shape of the Minister of Magic himself, who was graced with a nod and a "Hello, Minister," before Ezra turned back to his coworker friend person thing. The media liaison opened his mouth (no doubt to say something charming, as always) right as Ms. Cavanagh chose to begin the meeting. Oh yes, the meeting. Ahem. He was totally fully concentrated on that. Totally. With a minor adjustment to his tie, Ezra reluctantly faced the rest of his coworkers once more. Ah, and when had Bhuvana arrived? Surely he shouldn't have missed all her culture. With a small smirk in her direction, he listened to everybody's introductions before clearing his throat delicately. "I'm Ezra Bellamy." He held his chin high and looked around, just in case the name itself hadn't shown them he was important. "Media Liaison," he added, his righteous look faltering the slightest bit because SOMEBODY was new to that job now. Not that he was threatened. Right. And an interesting fact? That bit was a good deal harder considering all that was interesting about him. "I've travelled all over the world," he said finally, with another look that clearly challenged whomever went next to top that. With all that taken care of, Ezra went back to stealing glances at Tiffany's hair. That was of the upmost importance, alright? A man of his position still had priorities, for merlin's sake.
