Professor Moxley was stepping in to keep the tacos safe until the end of class. That was a good idea. If Lux had been left in charge they might have ended up being eaten even if AJ was her friend. They just looked and smelled so delicious that she wouldn't have been able to help herself.
The conversation about cellphones resumed, but Lux was still thinking about tacos. Could she just have one? Maybe she would ask AJ later because they looked SO GOOD.
Looking at the board, Lux slowly and carefully worked on her drawing of a cellphone. She was no artist, but it looked pretty decent in her opinion. Even though she already knew what they looked like, it was always a good idea to have a picture. She hoped that she would be able to use one in the lesson though she supposed they wouldn't be making their own like they had with the tin cans. That was a shame because arts and crafts were always nice. |
