For the next two to three months, you need to regularly check on your potted mandrake(s) and document their growth and development. I will expect at least three journal entries from you describing your observations of their health and progress. You may be as creative as you'd like with these entries, but be sure to include the date of the entry and at least a parchment of length per entry.

Regular visits to your mandrake in Greenhouse Three, as well as checking that they are receiving enough sunlight in the greenhouse and enough water, are mandatory as well. I will collect your journals at our last Herbology class this term.

To receive full credit on this assignment, you need to do at least one IC post in the Greenhouses where you can RP checking on your mandrake and watering it/sketching it/writing your journal entry/etc.

THEN, you need to actually write out the three journal entries (each should be about a paragraph) and submit those on the homework questionnaire along with the link to your Greenhouse RP post. Be sure you include your character's name, your member number, and your House too.

You do NOT have to do a sketch or do anything crazy-fancy with these, but I do give more points for thinking outside the box and being entertained by your posts! So have fun with this! Remember that in your journal entries, your mandrakes will be growing, getting feistier, acting like rowdy teenagers, developing acne, and toward the end, trying to move into each others' pots! Hehe. I know Bunz said you have three months to complete these journals, but my next lesson is scheduled for July 13. So I need your homeworks by 11:59 PM EST on July 12.
