WerewolfAdi snarled. GRRR! This was so annoying! He raised his face, seemingly to sniff the air for Benny's scent. These heightened abilities were so cool! Maybe too cool and heightened because he sniffed out a whole lot of candy. Mhmmm. Candy and other werewolves and humans.

But there was that Benny smell too. Adi had never really been aware of it with the primitive human senses but he just KNEW it was Benny. He snarled in the boy's direction just as an incantation came hooting out of nowhere.

The next thing this werewolf knew was that he went completely still. As in he couldn't move. NOT ONE BIT no mattered how much he instinctively wanted to put his paw!hands out instinctively to swipe at the caster. Benny. It had to be him!

Adi tried to growl but all he managed was a grunt because even his jaws were not working properly. Gah! Cue him trying to break free again! This darn spell was a tough one!

Had it worked?

Ben waited with baited breath for a few moments before tentatively moving to see what had happened with his spell. That required getting up off the ground, rolling first onto his knees instead of his back and gradually moving back up to his feet. It was then that he noticed that not only had the spell hit its intended target and worked, but it had worked entirely. Adi seemed to be completely frozen though in the Gryffindor's mind, he hoped that the badger wasn't just playing to get him to let his guard down.

"You might hate me...but I'd rather have a human Adi," he said, approaching his friend with some more pop rocks. Norah hadn't exactly been thrilled when he had frozen her and 'healed' her with his supply of the candy cure. "Please don't bite my fingers..." he added as an afterthought as he fed the Hufflepuff the candy. That should at least be a good thing...his once bestie LOVED candy and sugar.
