My full name is Cinnamon Destinee Bayless. Yes, My name is Cinnamon. And yes, I do love my name. Although I prefer to be called by my common nickname, Cinna. Which is obviously short for my first name. Pretty much anyone who knows me calls me, Cinna anyway. Some of my other nicknames are Cin, Cinnastick, Cinnaroll and Cinnabon. Basically anything cinnamon has some how been incorporated into a nickname for me.

Yes. I like cinnamon rolls. I have been told that I make the BEST cinnamon rolls.

My dad was the one who named me though, he once told me that my mothers favorite scent was cinnamon. Since my mother died just after I was born, naming me was left up to my dad. So am not exactly named after anyone, just something that my mother like. Which is just fine with me. Although I wasn't named after anyone by my first name, I was named after my mother, Destinee was my mothers first, given to me as a middle name. My favorite thing about it is the spelling, the double e's at the end, is very different compared to the normal Destiny.

Then there's Bayless my last name. Everyone has one, right? It was what I was born with. I'd like to say that I'm quite proud to be a Bayless.

28 Janurary 2087

Last summer I visited a muggle art museum where I met a art gallery owner. After talking for hours about art and some of the things that I have worked on she wanted me to send her my portfolio and a few samples of my work. Every year the woman has a art show in the winter for new artist. She selects one person to showcase every year.

After working tirelessly on new pieces and sent them in. I waited and waited and waited. I was starting to wonder if she even looked at any of them.

Finally at the end of November I got an owl. Dad send it to me from home to school. I was chosen to be the next showcase artist.

7 Feburary 2087

Every Christmas my dad wakes everyone up at 6:30 in the morning right on the dot, blaring Christmas music. At least there's a delicious smell of food. He fixes everything from eggs and bacon to pancakes and omlets. Needless to say that he really goes all out for our Christmas morning breakfast.

Dad doesn't cook often and when he does it's breakfast because he says it's the best meal of the day. I will say that over the years his cooking has improved greatly. Christmas breakfast is probably my favorite family tradition.

The thing about the future is there are so many possibles for careers family, and more. For me art was never not a possibly. Art has lead me to career that I would have never believe that I would love, fashion design. Every since I entered the young icons contest I've found a passion for clothes design. Which is one of my possibles.

Teaching is another. Every since I was little I have always wanted to be a primary grade teacher. Even though my grandma taught at Uni, I want to be a teacher just like her. So I have two great career possibles and one big choice to make. I also would like to keep on working on my art and open up my own art gallery.

I'd like to do a internship again over the summer or maybe get a real job to make some extra money. Of course go to university. Get a job teaching. (If I decide to go into teaching) or start my own clothing label. Travel the world.

I definitely want to get married one day. I also want to have and raise a family. I really do like kids. Which is another reason why I would like to be a teacher.

I've had some pretty good teachers in my lifetime. Each of them for their own reason. My very first teacher was my grandmother who after reading these you will come to learn just how important this women is to me. She was a long time Potions professor at the London wizarding university. She taught me how to read, write, and how to do math. Though primary school to my first two years of magical education. She also taught how to cook and clean.

My dad was also a great teacher. Teaching me the payoff of teamwork and good sportsmanship and how to not take crap from anyone. Along with all the things that parents teach their kids.

Then of course there there are the professors at Hogwarts. First I'd like to say that I think all of the professors at Hogwarts are great. Professor Tanner is kind and understanding. Professors Glendower and Moxley have really made learning fun and interesting with their hands on approach. As well as Professor Morgan, who has truly inspired me to think about going into teaching. Lastly Professor Culloden (Not saying this because he's my boyfriend's Step father) who has taught me that if I try hard enough I'm actually pretty good at potions. If I decide to go into teaching I hope I can be as good of a teacher as they are.

For my sixteenth birthday last year my dad got me a puppy. A chocolate lab named Coco. Yes how original right? Blame my dad that for that name, he named me for crying out loud. Anyway dad sent me a picture of Coco, and a note saying he was mine when I got home. I could not wait for summer just so I could meet my puppy.

One day Coco decided that he wanted to play in the mud. Guess who had to give him a bath? Me. For a water dog, Coco really don't like water. After that Coco decided that he wanted a more relaxing mud bath again a few minutes later.

Firstly my dad was a famous quidditch player and now he's the manager of the Tutshill Tornadoes. So I have met quiet a few quidditch famous quidditch players in my lifetime. But there was one time I met the famous clothes to designer Steffy Forester.

I met her while I was working at a fashion show in Paris last summer. It had to have been best day ever. She let me walk in one of her designs. I'm not really that into modeling, I'd rather be the one designing them. But It was a fun experience that I will never for get. She really was such a down to earth person and pretty. I got her autograph, which was pretty cool. Also I learned a lot from her that day.

The obvious answer to the the best thing that ever happen to me question is of course my boyfriend. But actually the best thing that happen was when we became friends. We hung around with the same group of friends, that's basically how we met and became friends. He started out as my best guy friend. He was pretty much the best guy friend a girl could have. Piggy back rides, practice kisses, and someone to talk quidditch with (which was great when your girl friends don't talk quidditch).

Then I started to like him, like more than a friend. I told him when I started Hogwarts my third year. He was pretty eh about it. But a few months later a got a real kiss (Those practice ones really paid off) and he asked me to be his girlfriend.

Although we have been though a lot together. We've broken up and got back together twice but it's made us stronger. A lot of people don't understand him or us or even me. We understand and get each other. He makes me better and I know I make him better. I think that if people sees him the way I do, they would understand why what I see in him and why I love him so much. He really is good to me and if anyone does see that it's their problem. So yes the best thing to ever happen to me is Bart.

Potions is probably my hardest subject, even with my amazing cooking skills and my Ouststanding on my OWLs. Still I feel like is my hardest subject. I've felt so much pressure to be this amazing potioneer. It's like a Bayless thing or something.

My Nana was a potions professor at WU in London, all of these awards and such. The potions wiz didn't fall to far from the tree for my dad. He must've inherited that from nana. Me, not so much. It doesn't make it much better when your boyfriend is a potions wiz and the potions professor's step son. I'm getting better and better. Maybe one day I can live up to this Bayless potions legacy.

Drawing and cooking I'd have to say are my hobbies. Oh and Dancing. Although I kind of got out of dancing for a while until this year when my friend, Kaycee got me back into it. I've been drawing and cooking (with the help of my nana when I was younger) for as long as I can remember.

I would draw on and with anything I could get my hands on. My nana taught me everything she knew about cooking. I would spend hours and hours in the kitchen with my nana. Watching her, helping her or coming up with my own inventions in the kitchen. I used to do dance too. But when I was 8 I decided that dancing was a bit to girly for my liking and it just wasn't fun anymore. So I stopped. Until this past summer I got back into touch with my love for dance.

As for special talents, I'm pretty sure I can out walk anyone here walking on my hands. Okay maybe not, but I would really like to try.

My family is what makes us unique, the members and even the crazy amount of extended family members. First It started out with just dad, nana and me. Nana moved in to help my dad out after my mother died when I was born. It was just the there of us for 14 years.

Then dad married my best friend Emmy's aunt Rae. Rae is basically Emmy's mom, which is why Emmy and I call each other best friend/cousin/sister. That's what we are. Rae and Dad has my little brother, Chase who is two and Zoe was born last summer.

Also I'm a aunt. I have a niece named Harper, who was also born last summer. I have a older half sister Mercedes. Who up until last year I thought was only just my cousin. But that's a long story. She was always more like a sister than a cousin to me. My brother in law Chris, who is pretty cool, has a brother, sister, and cousin Mitchell, Stella, and Kody who I pretty much claim as my own as well. So as you can see my family is a big very different, very unique kind of a family and I love them all.

My Nana is the influential person in my life. She has been the closest person to a mother that I've ever had. She taught me everything almost. She was my homeschool teacher the two years she taught me. She is a big reason that I've always wanted to teach.

Growing up even when she as tough on me for whatever I was doing, I still loved her. I always wanted to be just like her. Be the mom that she was to me. The teacher that she was to me, and the many students she taught.

She has always been there for me not matter what. She really is my best friend and the mother that I never had the chance to have. I hope my little brother and sister get the chance to really get to know her the way I did.

Well I think I can say without a doubt the most scariest thing to happen to me would be something that happen to me this year. I was only looking out for Lux. But in retrospect I foolishly went into the chamber of secrets after her. But she was a hufflepuff! Someone had to go after her.

While we were down there we were taken by some acromantulas. We were missing for a week but it seem like months. The acromantulas feed us. But only because they had plans of eating us. And the entire school as well. So yes this is the scariest thing that has ever happen to me. Now I think I've developed a fear of spiders now too. But I have a great boyfriend to help me deal with that.
