Luckily for this Gryffindor, visiting the Creature Housing pens wasn't anything out of his way. Zander made a point to check this place routinely, seeing as his cruppy Azalea lived here. So after visiting his crup, he almost began walking back up towards the castle out of habit. But thank Merlin, he caught himself before he had gotten too far. That was close. He would've had to make ANOTHER trip over and that was just a lot of walking to do for one homework assignment, y'know?
But anyways, he was here to take care of the baby griffin. Check to see if it was still alive and well. Feed it and stuff. Y'know only the usual baby griffin stuff.
Peeking around the corner, the Gryffindor began looking around at all the little griffins that happened to be sleeping in the area. Huh... That one wasn't his... Not that one either... And not--OH! That one was his!
... Of course it was the only one jumping around making a scene. Merlin. How come Zander got stuck with the hyperactive griffin child? Sweet Merlin. "You've gotta work with me here, Dory. Okay?" Zander stared down at his griffin trying to give him a stern look. Please play nice baby griffin.
