Shaking her wrist to loosen a cramp, Lux was trying her hardest to make a note of everything Professor Dakest was telling them. It was good to know about werewolves and quite frankly she wasn't the most well-versed when it came to this topic. Werewolves gave her the heebie jeebies so she didn't like reading about them much. This lesson was very useful in case she ever encountered one in real life - which she hoped would never happen.
When she was finally done writing notes, Lux stood behind her desk. Time to get some practice in, and the spell sounded pretty cool. It would probably have some handy uses beyond werewolf restraining.
Staring at the dummy in front of her she began practicing the incantation. Fortunately it wasn't particularly convoluted. "Manus Invisibilis... Manus Invisibilis... Manus Invisibilis..." Right twist followed by a forward thrust. Repeating the wand movement a few more times, Lux felt ready to try it out on the dummy. |
