History of Magic Homework 1 ~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes.
Having no desire to sit in the Common Room after some students had started complaining of itchiness and stuff taking nips at them, Adi retired early to his dorm. It didn't seem as though Dylan, Ian or any of his other dormies were around. Of course not. It was rather early in the evening.
The sixth year flopped onto the middle of his bed, sitting cross legged and surrounded by ink, quill his Manuscript from History of Magic and cookies he had gotten from the kitchen. The only thing or creature, rather, that was missing was his toad who would usually keep him company while he did his homework. He would need to collect him from Benny. Now that he had made up with his best friend, he felt all the weight he had been carrying around with him had been lifted.
Adi rested the manuscript on his lap and began going through it, pausing occasionally to look at his moving pictures. He had one more of those to add. Stopping at the page directly after his last drawing, he grabbed one of the coloured pencils which he had borrowed from Professor Glendower (he would return those when he was done) to begin his drawing.
Draw, draw, sketch, sketch, sketch, colour, colour!
About half an hour later he was done. His latest drawing consisted of him and Benny sitting outdoors in the grass with Gus the toad and Conrad the owl beside them with a Hippogriff and a Dragon above them. Adi grabbed his wand. Time to get the latter creatures moving!
"Animatae!'' He traced the Griff and then the Dragon while saying the incantation. AWESOMEEEE! The creatures were now circling the best friends.
