"Hey Abby!" Tia exclaimed, nodding at her housemate and then a nod to the young boy in acknowledgment. "Hey, I'm Tia. You alright there? Did you need something to eat?"

Alfie greeted the older Ravenclaw shyly, he looked up at her and nodded as his stomach let out a growl, "Yeah... it's been ages since breakfast and I skipped lunch and I was just wondering if there might be..." he looked towards the Great Hall with hope in his eyes, "I dunno, some warm food or something..."
Then he looked back at Abby, "But then I ran into Abby here," he winced, "I'm sorry again about that..."
He trailed off, as the offending stomach made itself known with yet another ferocious sounding growl.
