All he really knew was that she was now married to Victoria's former husband, though other things were starting to become more apparent about that. Not that he was all that surprised. He took a sip of his wine and thought over her words about Australia. "I've never been there... Might be interesting to go sometime and check it out for myself." Maybe he'd learn a thing or two getting a different perspective. Or maybe she was full of hot air.

He took a bite of his food, glancing up at the question, but taking his time to chew as he thought it over. Kieran thought it was interesting that she'd ask that, wondering if it was more about business or small talk. He wasn't completely sure of the answer himself if he was completely honest, which might be the answer in itself. "I suppose that depends on the perspective." Serious meant different things to different people. "But I tend to like my private life just that way.. private. I'm sure you can relate," he added with the hint of a smirk.

He couldn't help the light chuckle as she let her ego show, though he had to admit she did seem to produce a winning team even if he wasn't sure he agreed with all of her tactics. "I'm sure I could learn a thing or two from you." Not that he thought she was exceptional or better than him, but more in the sense that he was interested in what worked for anybody. "I agree.. I wouldn't mind future business dealings with you as well.." If only all of his negotiations went this smoothly.

He had never been to Australia? That was a very big shame, “You should go. Everyone should take a trip there. It’s a beautiful place. I could give you a private tour someday if you’d like.” She’d gladly go back to enjoy sometime there. Though she didn’t need a reason, she did go back often. “My father is a very well-known Quidditch coach there.” She was very smug about his championships and how well he was known in and around Australia. Though she couldn’t understand why he stayed just a coach, he needed to rise up further than that in her eyes.

Shrugging she felt like he could turn out to be such a bore. “When things get out in the eye of the public it makes them a little more interesting. Though some things are better left behind closed doors.” Such as the reason why she was so okay with moving to London in the first place. Ugh, stupid reporters ruining her career there. She finished off her wine before looking back at the person across from her. “Nothing stays hidden forever, things always have a way of coming out.” She was always the one that got them out if need be, if it helped her in some way at least.

Laying down the money for the bill, she figured the Catapults owed her many things, so she’d just use their money to pay for this little meeting. “You could learn a lot of things from me, on and off the pitch.” She gave him a tight smirk before getting up out of her seat. “I think we are done here. I am a busy woman and have things to do. Thank you for your time and I will be doing business with you again.” No shake of the hand and no waiting for him to get up, that wasn’t how she did things. She always felt she needed to leave them with a little wanting more, so just turning and leaving was a way to make an exit he wouldn’t forget.
