The sixth year stared back at Cutty as he seemed to study her. Her arms were still crossed, but her eyebrow was no longer raised. Instead, she waited with her normal, solemn expression and flipped her hair when he finally spoke up. "First, don't call me that. Second, you need to help me get a winged-horse by this summer." A favour? A condition? Well, he did say 'whatever' and that most certainly fell into that category.
She knew there was no way to document his agreement if he did say he'd help her, but she was willing to take his word for it. Agatha could always use other means to remind him of it anyway. "I'll let you pick the type of dance you want." IF he agreed to help her. Obviously he should say 'ballet', but Agatha was feeling nice - only if he agreed to do it - so she would let him choose out of the enourmous variety of styles she knew. She was brilliant at all of them, of course.
Hair. FLIP.
Cutty Mordaunt didn't do sick days, though the suggestion of him enjoying them was inspiring enough. Maybe he was coming at it all wrong trying to be well on his own. Maybe he should've been dramatically moaning and draping himself all over the common room furniture and calling for his ex and Goosey to come and take care of him. He could milk this for all it was worth, extensions on homework and all.
"
I think that can be arranged." The only challenge would be in securing a loan. And it was sort an investment, wasn't it? And besides, if Agatha couldn't pay by traditional means it just gave him room to be creative with it. But all fine print. Very fine print at this point.
"
Dance for me a baladi." He put his hand up and snapped his fingers on the Tek of the rhythm he was producing with his hands.
Doum, Doum, tekka-Tek, Doum, teka-Tek.
